About Vrka

The cited-answer layer for the factory floor.

Vrka turns the documents that run a plant — manuals, drawings, schematics, tech orders — into answers a technician can trust, cited to the exact page, and never sent outside the building.

The problem

When a line goes down, the fix is already written — buried across tens of thousands of pages no keyword search can read, and the person who knew it by heart just retired. Every minute spent searching is output the plant never gets back.

What makes it a moat

Three things general-purpose AI can't give the floor. It runs on your own hardware, air-gapped if you need it. It reads the documents OCR goes blind on — CAD, P&IDs, scanned manuals. And it speaks manufacturing: torque specs, tag IDs and part numbers, every answer cited back to the source page.

Who it's for

The maintenance technician mid-shift, the reliability engineer planning a PM, the plant manager who can't absorb the downtime — anyone who needs the right procedure now, not after an afternoon of cross-referencing five manuals.

A note from the team

We built Vrka because the answer always existed — it was just unreachable. The expertise is already in your documents. Vrka makes it answerable, on your terms, without sending a single page to the cloud.
